• Start by charging the Bulb if you have not already done so.
• When using for the first time, you must first press one of the bulb's buttons to activate the radio transmission.
• For remote control, stand within radio range (as a precaution, maximum 50 meters from the lights with the remote control).
• If you are using your lights in Group mode, check that the light in question does in fact belong to this group
(if not, pair it with this remote control).
• If the problem persists, refer to the light user manual to switch it off and on, or restore its original settings
(note: in the second case, it will no longer belong to a group and will have to be regrouped as required).
• As a last resort, cancel the entire group using the remote control and then recreate it.
you are unable to pair (Group) a liGht.
• Check that the light in question is indeed free (if it is not, refer to the light user manual for cancelling its inclusion in another group).
• Stand in immediate proximity to the light (3 m max) to start Group Configuration mode (as the radio range in this mode is weaker)

then return to Group Configuration mode to pair it.
