INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The cushion comes with a screw located on the back of the unit to protect the massage mechanism
during shipment, which must be removed before the first use to allow the unit to function properly. Use
the provided Allen wrench. Then, properly dispose of the screw.
WARNING: Failure to remove screw may cause permanent damage to the massage cushion. DO NOT
REINSTALL SCREW.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not
change the plug in any way.
1. Untie cord strap, extend cord, and insert plug into a 120-volt household electrical outlet to power unit.
2. Attach the cushion for a luxurious massage as you read, rest, or even work. See pages 6–7 for
instructions on the use of the hand control. Fits most chairs.
NOTE: The hand control comes with a clear, plastic film to protect the buttons before use. When you are
ready to use your massage cushion, peel off the plastic film by lifting at one corner and pulling gently.
Discard film.
