  • Page 6 Istruzioni Instructions Anleitungen Instructions instrucciones L’installazione del motoriduttore elettromeccanico ICARUS prevede i seguenti passi: Comporre per intero la guida di scorrimento utilizzando gli appositi profili in acciaio (camicie) ed estendere la catena lungo l’intera lunghezza della guida (prima di estendere la catena togliere il cartoncino blocca catena).
  • Page 7 Istruzioni Instructions Anleitungen Instructions instrucciones 4.1 Fissare, tramite i cinque fori della staffa e con viti e tasselli adeguati, l’estremo della guida al muro rispettando una distanza minima di 20 mm (rispetto al punto più alto raggiungibile dal portone) e posizionandolo centralmente rispetto al portone; infine bloccare il braccio di traino al portone (per portoni sezionali e basculanti a molle).

  • Page 11 The ICARUS gearmotor has an extremely compact casing and base plate to house both the gearmotor and the central control unit. Icarus is not provided with a limit switch cam as it has a built-in encoder for measuring its travel. A 433,92 MHz or 868,35 MHz self-learning receiver is inserted in the central control unit.

Fix the guide supporting bracket centrally to the wall with the screws and rivets provided by leaving a min. 20 mm space (from the door highest point), finally fix the straight arm centrally to the door (for sectional and spring overhead doors).

Der Icarus Garagentorantrieb sieht dank der Entwicklung eines für den Motor und die Steuerung besonders geeigneten Gehäuses sehr kompakt aus. Icarus braucht keinen Endnocken oder Endschalter, da er von einem optischen Encoder gesteuert wird.

  • Page 27 Zur Montage des ICARUS Garagentorantriebs folgen Sie der u.g. Montageanleitung: 1. Bauen Sie die ganze Laufschiene durch die Stahlprofile (Verbindungsschuhe) zusammen und ziehen Sie die Kette durch die ganze Länge der Schiene aus (Bevor die Kette zu Spannen entfernen Sie die Kettenhalterung).
  • Page 28 4. Befestigen Sie den Bügel direkt an der Wand mit einem Abstand von mindestens 20 mm (im Bezug auf dem oberen Toranschlag). Dazu sind angemessene Dübel und Schrauben zu benutzen. Ende befestigen Tragarm am Torrahmen (für Sektional- und Federkipptore). 5. Stellen Sie den maximalen oberen Gleitpunkt des Kipptores fest und befestigen Sie den Bügel auf der dementsprechenden Höhe an der Wand mit einem 20 mm Abstand.

    MANUELLE ENTRIEGELUNG Schwingtore Kabel- und Mantelhalter-Befestigungswinkel (2) Befestigen Sie die zwei Kabel- und Mantelhalter- Befestigungswinkel. Stecken Mantelschuhe dafür vorgesehene Aufnahme Schlitten und auf dem Mantel ersten Befestigungswinkel. Stecken Sie den Mantel ein, nehmen Metallkabel und stecken Kabel- und Mantelhalter- Sie es in die Öse auf dem -Befestigungswinkel Schlittenhebel.

Armar completamente la guía de deslizamiento utilizando los perfiles (forros) de acero y extender la cadena a lo largo de toda la extensión de la guía (antes de estirar la cadena, quitar la etiqueta de bloqueo de la cadena).

Fijar el extremo de la guía a la pared remaches tornillos tacos adecuados, respetando una distancia mínima de 20 mm (respecto al punto más alto que puede alcanzar el portón) y colocándolo al centro respecto al portón ; por último, enganchar el brazo de arrastre al portón (para portones seccionales y levadizos de resorte).
