TROUBLESHOOT

The ring light turns on, but the fan does not turn on.
- The ring light uses less power on a lower setting and can be used when
AirLit is on low battery. Charge your AirLit to use the fan setting.

The fan turns off after a few seconds.
- This indicated that the AirLit is low on battery. Please plug in and charge the
AirLit.
6.
Some of the touch sensors are not responding to their function.
- This indicated that the AirLit is low on battery. Please plug in and charge the
AirLit.
7.
The ring light or fan turns off when charging a mobile device.
- It is not recommended to use light and fan function together when charging
your phone simultaneously.
- Only use 2 functions at a time, for e.g.,
1. Ring light and fan.
2. Ring light and charging a mobile.
3. Fan and charging a mobile.
8.
Unable to control AirLit from your GeoSmartPro app.
- This means that the AirLit is nearly out of battery and requires charging. You
will also notice the fan settings will not turn on and the ring light will not turn on
or stay at minimum brightness when turned on.
