TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue
Motor does not operate
Decreased suction
Machine heating
The battery is fully charged and
the dust in the dust cup does
not rotate.
20V Vacuum Cleaner
Causes
The battery has run out.
Dust cup is full of dust.
The flter element of the
dust cup is full of dust.
Battery low
Hose blocked
Machine run
The airway is blocked by
foreign bodies.
Solutions
Remove the battery pack and insert
charger for charging.
Clean the dust in the dust cup.
Clean or replace flter element of dust cup
Remove the battery pack and insert
charger for charging.
Straightening hose after power-on can
inhale some foreign body.
Slight heating-up is normal.
Clean up foreign bodies in the airway in
time.
