English OPERATION STARTING AND STOPPING THE TRIMMER To Start the Trimmer, press the lock-off button (3-FIG1) and squeeze the trigger switch (2-FIG1). To Stop the Trimmer, release the trigger switch. CAUTION: Always allow a few seconds for the cutting line spool to stop rotating after releasing the trigger switch. Do not invert the trimmer/edger or place your hands under the guard until the trimmer/edger spool has come to a complete stop. - Page 11 English OPERATION CUTTING TIPS (FIG 12) • keep the trimmer tilted toward the area being cut; this is the best cutting area. English OPERATION nOTE: It takes approximately 60 minutes to charge up a completely discharged battery. The battery pack has a power indicator showing how much battery power remains. Push the power indicator button to check. Each green light indicates 25% of the battery power. Four green lights indicate the battery is 100% full. MAINTENANCE CLEANING Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. -
