Fitting kit
- 2 BHC 620 screws
- 2 Nylock 6 nuts
- 2 610 spacers
- 2 6 plastic washers
- 1 band Velcro
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the passenger handle and the rear seat unit.
- Remove the original undertray.
- Remove the lock of the original undertray, loosen the exhaust system to avoid damaging the undertray
and maintain it thanks to the provided BHC screws, by inserting spacers between the frame and the
undertray. Bring back up the lock to the foreseen place and place relays and CDI case as indicated on
photo.
- Verify that the lock works correctly. Replace the rear seat unit, centre the undertray and tighten all the
fixations (exhaust system, undertray, rear seat unit).
- Replace the passenger handle and the saddle.
- Rivet the license plate on the support foreseen for that purpose.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
