the white heating element will become
discolored. This is normal due to the high
heating temperatures and will not affect the
performance of the product.
Important Safety Precautions:
Do not use the mantle with metal or
conductive flasks.
Do not place or remove the mantle when
switched on.
Do not touch the element or flask when in
use.
Avoid spilling any liquid on the flask or
mantle.
In Case of Accident
Should spillage occur onto the heating
mantle, immediately turn off the power at the
mains and remove the IEC type power lead
from the mantle body.
Remove any broken glass from the mantle
element when cool using protective hand
covering
to
avoid
dangers
of
acids,
contamination and cuts.
