PREPARATION

Assembly (See Figure 2)
1. Attach base leg (14) onto leg holder (13), secure with lock pin(11) and snap pin (12).
2. Attach frame assembly ( 8 & 9) to leg holder (13) and secure with allen screw (5).
3. Attach two rollers (4) between lower frame plate (8) and top frame plate (9), and secure the rollers between frames
in applicable hole with pin (10) & snap pin (7).
4. Thread cylinder (# 1) into cylinder bracket (2).
5. Connect hand pump (3, hydraulic hose) to cylinder.
6. Place suitable shoe (15~22) into plunger bracket (6).
Before Use
1. Verify that the product and the application are compatible, if in doubt call Omega Technical Service (888) 332-6419.
2. Before using this product, read the operator's manual completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the
product, its components and recognize the potential hazards associated with its use.
3. Inspect before each use. Check for and tighten all loose assemblies. Do not use if bent, broken, leaking or oth-
erwise damaged components are noted.
