4.1 Connecting the AS-interface bus and the load voltage
Please note
Voltage supply of the valves via the AS-Interface bus is
only possible with type CPA...-ASI.
Always supply valve terminal type CPA...-ASI-Z with a
separate 24 V load voltage.
Please note
By the use of PELV power units, protection against electric
shock (protection against direct and indirect contact) is
guaranteed in accordance with EN 60204-1/IEC 204.
Safety transformers with the adjacent symbol must be
used for supplying PELV networks. The valve terminals
must be earthed to ensure that they function correctly
(e.g. EMC).
Yellow cable:
1 Pin 2: AS-Interface +
(brown)

(light blue)
Black cable (only with
type CPA...-ASI-Z):
3 Pin 2: +24 V (brown)
Pin 1: 0 V (blue)
