Main menu functions
MediaCenter
Media Player
All your personal media files
(pictures, videos, MP3 files, etc.)
can be saved, processed and
replayed here.
Media Archive
Here you can copy files and
recordings from CD/DVD or
audioCDs onto the internal or an
external hard drive, burn TV
recordings onto disk and format
DVDs.
Media Streaming
Make settings here for livestreams
(TV programs received via the
Internet).
Internet Service
Web Browser (output via HDMI)
Internet Radio
This is where you can open the Web
browser for an Internet connection
or open a digital radio broadcaster
from the Internet.
Filebrowser
Just like in Windows Explorer, you
can create new subdirectories
here and replay, copy, move or
delete all files.
Videorecorder
Here you can replay TV recordings
directly or delayed (TimeShift), burn
them on CD/DVD or recover
recordings that have been deleted
from the hard disk. (If the device is in
standby mode, then recordings are
permanently deleted and cannot be
recovered.)
EPG Service
Select among various EPGs
(Electronic Program Guides):
EPG Standard

Recording Timer
Make timer settings here:
Timers: Manual programming
(channel, day, start, end, etc.)
Timer search: Enter search criteria
for programs to be recorded.
Timer timeline: Scheduled list of
all timer programmings
TVTV Service: You can make
settings here whether you want to
make use of the services provided
by the EPG provider tvtv-Services.
This service is available at a
fee. For the ReelBox, select the
LinuxPVR setting on the TVTV.de
site.
Sleep Timer You can make
settings here on the automatic
shut-down (standby mode) of the
device.
