Fitting kit
- 2 screws 515

Assembly
- Remove the saddles, the rear shell, the original undertray and the electric relays.
- Cut the original undertray like on the photo. Only the battery and fuses support must remain.
- Fix back up the original undertray.
- On the frame, remove the rear saddle fixing screw to get out the original fitting bracket; and to
replace it by the furnished one (see photo).
- Fix back up the rear shell without tightening it completely. Position our undertray by encasing it
under the shell, and fix it thanks to the furnished 515 screws and plastic washers.
- Fix back up electric relays thanks to the strips.
- Rivet the number plate on provided support, taking care to rivet the number plate, the undertray and
the furnished fitting bracket together.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
