Fitting kit
- 4 self-tapping screws (SP 1)
- 2 plastic washers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle, the rear shell, the taillights, the indicators and the CDI (black case under
cover), as well as the lock.
- Cut the original undertray :
1 : on the sides, cut out the edge in short
2 : at the back, cut up right from the screws maintaining the original under tray.
- Replace the rear shell and position the undertray by having fixing the lock to the foreseen place.
- Fix the undertray by drilling:
1 : at the original place, a
screws (SP 2).
2 : at the back, on taillight side, a
- Replace the saddles. Connect the new taillights and indicators.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Do not reverse stop taillight and positionning taillight connections to avoid warming.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
- 2 BHC screws
5 (SP 2) - 2 beleved spacers
6 mm hole in order to reuse the rivet (SP 1), the two furnished
3 mm hole to put the 3,912 furnished screws.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
