II - BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
• We recommend that you wash the removable parts (C – D – E – F – G – H – I) before first using your appliance.
• Your citrus press offers two different modes of use:
- A "lever-operated" function for squeezing your citrus fruits quickly and cleanly.
- A "manual" mode for squeezing your fruit by hand.
III - USING YOUR APPLIANCE

• Hold the control lever (A) horizontally and fix it on top of the body of the appliance (K).
• Align the hole on right side of lever with the hole in the appliance body.
• Insert the pin (B) into its hole.
• The lever can then rotate on top of the body of the product.
• Put the lever (A) in its upper position.
• Push the lid (C) onto the underside of the lever (you will hear a click once it
engages). Lock the fruit press (D) into place by rotating it clockwise.
• Put the drip tray (I) and the glass support grid (H) into place.
