Gemäß EN13241-1 „Tore – Produktnorm – Teil 1: Produkte ohne Feuer- und
Rauchschutzeigenschaften" (Anhang ZA)

erklärt hiermit, dass die
Garagentorantriebe
Ultra excellent, Ultra excellent lang,
Ultra excellent Gr. 3, Ultra excellent Gr. 4
konform sind mit den einschlägigen Bestimmungen der EG-Bauproduktenrichtlinie
(89/106/EWG).
Für den Teil Betriebskräfte wurden die entsprechenden Erstprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit
mit anerkannten Prüfstellen durchgeführt. Dabei wurden die harmonisierte Normen
EN13241-1, EN12453 und EN12445 angewandt. Die geprüften Kombinationen sind aus der
Tabelle „Freigabe der maximalen Torgrößen mit Torantrieb Ultra excellent quick" zu
entnehmen und gelten ausschließlich für Tore mit CE-Kennzeichen.
Die Prüfungen wurden von den folgend anerkannten Stellen durchgeführt:
- MPA-NRW (Materialprüfungsamt) Dortmund
- TÜV Product Service
Die Aufrechterhaltung der Konformität bedingt, dass die Montage, Einstellung und Wartung
für Tor und Antrieb entsprechend den Montage- und Betriebsanleitungen durchgeführt
werden.
Weiterhin erklärt die Cardo Door Production GmbH, dass die o. g. Antriebe
konform sind mit den einschlägigen Bestimmungen der
- EG-Maschinenrichtlinie (98/37/EG)
- Niederspannungsrichtlinie (73/23/EWG)
- EMV- Richtlinie (89/336/EEC)

sont conformes aux dispositions applicables de la directive CE sur les produits de
construction (89/106/CEE).
Concernant la partie Forces d'actionnement, les premiers tests correspondants ont été
effectués en collaboration avec des organismes de contrôle agréés, en application des
normes harmonisées EN13241-1, EN12453 et EN12445.
Les combinaisons testées figurent dans le tableau « Autorisation des tailles de portes
maximales avec la motorisation de porte de garage Ultra excellent quick » et sont valables
exclusivement pour les portes estampillées CE.
Les tests ont été effectués par les organismes agréés suivants :
- MPA-NRW (bureau de contrôle de matériaux) Dortmund
- TÜV Product Service
Pour le maintien de la conformité, le montage, le réglage et l'entretien de la porte et de la
motorisation doivent être effectués conformément aux instructions de montage et d'utilisation.
En outre, la société Cardo Door Production GmbH déclare que les motorisations
de porte de garage ci-dessus sont conformes aux dispositions applicables de la

We hereby declare, that the following
Garage door openers
Ultra excellent, Ultra excellent long,
Ultra excellent size 3 and Ultra excellent size 4,
are considered as machines within the Construction Product Directives (89/106/EWG).
For evaluation of the task „operating forces" the tests were done with notified bodies in
according to the harmonized Standards (EN13241-1, EN12453, and EN 12445).
All tests were done by:
- MPA-NRW (Materialprüfungsamt) Dortmund
- TÜV Product Service
All tested combinations are listed / specified in a chart: „Release of maximum door sizes
with operator Ultra excellent quick". All doors of the chart must be in conformity with CEN.
To fulfil the conformity it is essential to observe mounting, adjustments and maintenance
according to the assembly instruction included with each operator.
Furthermore, Cardo Door Production GmbH hereby confirm, that all above mentioned
garage door operators are correspond with the following relevant EC – directives:
- Machinery Directive (MD) (98/37/EC)
- Low Voltage Directive (LVD) (73/23/EEC)
- Directive for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) (89/336/EEC)

är konforma med de gällande bestämmelserna i EG:s byggproduktdirektiv (89/106/EEG).
För delen driftskrafter genomfördes förstagångsproven i samarbetet med erkända
provningsinstitutioner. Därvid användes de harmoniserade normerna EN13241-1, EN12453
och EN12445.
De provade kombinationerna framgår av tabellen „Frigivning av maximala portstorlekar med
portdrivning Ultra excellent quick" och gäller uteslutande portar med CE-märkning.
Provningarna genomfördes av följande erkända institutioner:
- MPA-NRW (Materialprüfungsamt) Dortmund
- TÜV Product Service
Upprätthållandet av konformiteten förutsätter att monteringen, inställningen och underhålet
av portar och drivningar utförs i enlighet med monterings- och bruksanvisningarna.
Därutöver förklarar Cardo Door Production GmbH att de ovan nämnda
drivningarna är konforma med de gällande bestämmelserna i
- EG:s maskindirektiv (98/37/EG)
- Lågspänningsdirektivet 73/23/EEG
- EMV-direktivet (89/336/EEG)
