Electrical connection

Install the control unit in a splash-
protected position with the
connections facing downwards.
Attach with Parker screws or
cable ties.
Route the connection cables
supplied cleanly according to the
circuit diagram.

Harness E
Insert the plug in the control unit.
Route the connection cables out
of the engine bay along the
underside of the vehicle to the
sensor and connect.
Harness D C
Insert the plug into the control
unit. Connect the cable (brown)
to ground using the ring lug.
Connect the cable (red) with butt
joint to the connection cable for
the low beam (56b).
Harness B
Insert the plug in the control unit.
Route the connection cables
cleanly along the engine bay to
the headlights. Insert the end
plugs onto the headlight range
adjustment actuators of the
headlights.
Use cable ties to secure all the
connection cables to non-
moving vehicle parts.
