TROUBLESHOOTING

Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems .
STATUS POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power
Power plug is not securely plugged into

REMEDY
Please plug the power plug securely into
the electric socket .
Please clean to remove the dust (P8) .
Press ON/OFF button to turn on air flow
(P4) .
It takes 30 seconds to cool down after
running warm air (P7) .
Please use a dry cloth to wipe excess
water off wet shoes before drying .
Select the appropriate mode .
Extend the drying time .
Clean the air entry port and air outlet
once the product has cooled down (P8) .
Please do not use this product in a tight
space .
REMEDY
Please do not approach the product
during deodorization .
Please ventilate the room during
deodorization .
