5.2.2 Aufnahme während eines
Live-Auftritts
Die in Kap. 5.2.1 beschriebene Monitorfunk-
tion ist bei der Aufnahme eines Live-Auftritts
nicht möglich.
1) Den Aufnahmeeingang der Bandmaschi-
ne an den Ausgang „REC" (19) anschlie-
ßen.
2) Den Musik-Mix für die Aufnahme abstim-
men (siehe dazu Kap. 5.1.1 „Mischen der
Tonquellen" und Kap. 5.1.2 „Aux-Wege").
Der Pegel des Aufnahmesignals, das
auf den Ausgang „REC" (19) gegeben
wird, ist abhängig von der Einstellung des
Summenreglers „MASTER" (27).
3) Die Umschalttaste „POWER AMP" (18)
drücken (Tastenstellung „MONITOR").
WICHTIG: Es darf kein Kopfhörer an der
Buchse „PHONES" (15) angeschlossen
sein, da in diesem Fall der Endstufenaus-
gang stummgeschaltet wird!
4) Die Umschalttaste (25) darf nicht gedrückt
sein (Tastenstellung „MASTER"): Die Ste-
reo-Signalsumme ist jetzt auf die Endstu-
fe geschaltet.
5) Über den Regler „MONITOR/PHONES"
(26) wird der Pegel eingestellt, mit dem
die Signalsumme auf die Endstufe des
Power Mixers gegeben wird. Den Regler
je nach gewünschtem Beschallungspe-
gel aufdrehen.
6) Die Bandmaschine auf Aufnahme schal-
ten und das Musikprogramm starten.
For monitoring of the reproduction sig-
nals, press the selector button (25) (but-
ton is switched to "TAPE"). Adjust the de-
sired reproduction level for the signals
transmitted from the tape deck by means
of the "TAPE LEVEL" control (22).
5.2.2 Recording during a live concert
The monitor function described in chapter
5.2.1 is not possible for recording during a
live concert.
1) Connect the record input of the tape deck
to the "REC" stereo output (19).
2) Match the music mix for the recording
(see chapter 5.1.1 "Mixing of the audio
sources" and chapter 5.1.2 ""Aux send
and Aux return").
The level of the record signal trans-
mitted to the "REC" stereo output (19) de-
pends on the adjustment of the "MAS-
TER" control (27).
3) Press the "POWER AMP" selector button
(18) (button is switched to "MONITOR").
IMPORTANT: No headphones must be
connected to the "PHONES" output (15),
as in this case the output of the power
amplifier is muted!
4) The selector button (25) must not be
pressed (button is switched to "MAS-
TER"): The stereo master signal is now
switched to the power amplifier.
5) The level with which the master signal is
transmitted to the power amplifier of the
power mixer is adjusted via the "MONI-
TOR/PHONES" control (26). Advance the

If the sound adjustments of the power mixer
are matched to the PA application (i. e. to the
speakers radiation course and the acoustics
of the hall), no satisfactory record quality can
be expected. To get good tape records, the
sound control should be especially adjusted
for the recordings or adjusted very neutral.
