9. The digital display keeps the user informed about the vacuuming progress:
"Start"
- Once you press the button starts the suction stage.
- The sealing time countdown then starts.
10. The machine stops automatically once sealing is finished. The lid can be
raised gently after the "beep" which signals that it has been automatically
released.

SETTING SEALING TIME

The Professional Digit 30 Neo vacuum sealer enables sealing time to be set by
using the digital display. With the machine at rest press the +/- keys to increase
or decrease the sealing time.
By pressing the "vacuum degree" key you can choose the vacuuming degree
automatically ("High", "Medium","Low" and "Adjustable").
Sealing time should be adjusted according to bag thickness and the sealing bar
temperature. Elma recommends a sealing time of 3 seconds.

1. It shows the instant vacuum level.
2. It shows the instant seal time and marinate time.
