The baby carrier's functions

Only a few movements will be necessary for putting your child into the baby
carrier and transporting him or her safely, after you have adjusted the baby
carrier to suit your personal needs. You can use the baby carrier from when
your child is one week old and for as long as his or her weight is less than 7 kg
(approximately 12 months old).
The baby carrier has two basic functions.
1. It can be carried in front of your abdomen with your child facing towards
you (figure2)
2. It can be carried in front of your abdomen with your child facing towards the
direction in which you are walking (figure 1)
