Turn off the camera before attaching or removing
the lens.
Before use
• Be sure to update the firmware of the lens
before mounting it on the teleconverter
(MC-20).
• When the teleconverter is used, the composite
focal distance and iris value of the lens are
multiplied by 2.
• The aperture value displayed on the camera is
the composite aperture value.

Mounting (Fig. 2)
1 Mount the teleconverter on the camera.
2 Mount the shooting lens.
