2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
> Never open the housing of the device.
> Immediately disconnect the device from the power source in
the event of malfunction. To do this, immediately disconnect the
power adapter from the power socket and the device.
> Only use replacement parts and accessories that have been
supplied or approved by us.
> Do not convert the device and do not use any additional
devices or replacement parts that have not been explicitly appro-
ved or supplied by us.
> Do not use the device in potentially explosive areas.
These include for example fuel storage areas, tank sys-
tems, or areas in which solvents are stored or processed.
> Do not operate the device in areas with air contaminated with
particles (e.g. flour or wood dust)
Malfunctions can take the form of heating of the device or
smoke development from the device or the device's power
adapter.
Loud or unusual noises can also be a sign of a malfunction.
> In this case, pull the power adapter out of the power socket
immediately.
> Only touch the power adapter by the housing.
Never pull the power adapter out of the socket by the
cable.
After a malfunction, the device must not be used until it has
been checked or repaired by a qualified person.
> If you bring the device from a cold to a warm environment,
moisture can form inside the device.
In this case, wait about an hour before using it.
