Maintenance and storage

1. Please store your electric bike in a dry shelter away from direct sunlight and wet or damp
environment.
2.
Before riding your electric bike you need to regularly check the screws and small parts, tighten when
needed (screw requirements, stem
wheel nut: 250~300kgf.cm; rear wheel s nut: 300~350kgf.cm.
3. Clean the surface of the bike with a soft cloth in water with a mild neutral detergent. Do not
use alcohol, gasoline, paraffin, acetone or other corrosive chemical solvents which can
damage the surface, to clean your bike.
4. Standard chain tension slack is ≤ 10mm. Loosen the rear wheel nut, adjust the chain tension
until tight and tighten the nut of the rear wheel again. We recommend you however for
adjusting the chain tension to refer to a specialist electric bike mechanic. Please contact our
customer service.
5. If the disc brake pad and disc squeal, adjust the distance in between. If this doesn't resolve
the problem, the brake pads or disc need to be replaced.
6. Use a lubricant spray to treat the screws of the frame folder, treat the chain with an anti
corrosive spray every 3 months.
7. If the shock absorber doesn't function properly or is damaged it needs to be replaced by a
mechanic.
