Entriegelten Rundklinkenzug Z 173 /. . .

Den Ring (5) in axialer Richtung fixieren.
Nach konstruktiven Gegeben heiten ist
die Befestigungs art zu wählen, die
bezügl. Einbau raum und Belastung
ausreichend ist (Bild 4-7).
Mit Zylinderschraube Z 31/. . . den Rund -
klinkenzug in Platte „D" befestigen.
Einschraubtiefe =
max. 1 x Gewinde-x
Der Zugbolzen Z 1731/. . . kann ge -
windeseitig gekürzt werden.
Die Stirnfläche des Zugbolzens und der
Gewindeanschlag müssen plan und
festanliegend verschraubt sein.
Mit Zylinderschraube Z 32 /. . . sichern.
Das Längenmaß des Zugbolzens
Z 1731/. . . „l1" ist genau mit der
Platten senkung „t2" abzustimmen.
Das Maß „t2 + (4 - 0,1)" ist funktions -
bedingt bei komplett geschlossenem
Werkzeug einzuhalten (Bild 8).
Wartung: Alle beweglichen Teile sind
regelmäßig zu schmieren. Vor zugs weise
ist der Schmierstoff Z 260 /. . . oder
Z 261/. . . zu verwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise
Es sind mindestens zwei Rund klinken -
züge symmetrisch anzuordnen und
die Verriegelungsposition genau
aufeinander abzustimmen.
Z 173 /. . .
Mounting examples
Insert the released round latch locking
unit Z 173 /. . . into the plate which is
to be pulled (C). Secure the ring (5) axi-
ally. The type of fixing should be selec-
ted according to the design so that it is
sufficient for the mounting space and
the load (Fig. 4-7). Secure the round
latch locking unit in the "D" plate using
securing screw Z 31/. . . .
Screw-in depth =
max. 1 x thread diameter
Pulling rod Z 1731/. . . can be shortened
on the thread side.
The rear face of the pulling rod and the
thread stop must be flat and making
close contact when tightened. Use
cheese-head screw Z 32 /. . . for this
purpose.
The length of the pulling rod Z 1731/. . .
"l1" is to be adjusted exactly to match
with plate counterbore "t2". Dimension
"t2 + (4 - 0.1)" must be maintained when
mould is fully closed (Fig. 8).
Maintenance: All moveable parts are
to be lubricated regularly.
We recommend using lubricant
Z 260 /. . . or Z 261/. . .
Safety notice
At least two round latching locking units
should be arranged
symmetrically and the locking position
must be matched exactly.

Exemples de montage
Introduire le loquet Z 173 /. . . déver rouillé
dans la plaque à tirer (C). Fixer de
manière axiale la bague (5). Le type de
fixation suffisant en ce qui concerne
l'espace de montage et la charge, doit
être choisi en fonction des caracté-
ristiques de construction existantes
(Ill. 4-7). Fixer le loquet dans la plaque
«D» avec la vis cylindrique Z 31/. . . .
Profondeur de vissage =
max. 1 x filetage-x
Le filetage du loquet Z 1731/. . . peut être
raccourci.
La sur face d'appui de la tige de traction
et de la butée filetée doivent être planes
et vissées de manière à être en contact.
Assurer la liaison avec la vis cylindrique
Z 32 /. . . .
La cote de longueur de la tige de trac-
tion Z 1731/. . . «l1» doit être exactement
adaptée avec la cote d'abaissement
«t2» de plaque. La cote «t2 + (4 - 0,1)»
doit être impérativement respectée pour
un moule fermé pour des raisons de
fonctionnement (Ill. 8).
Entretien: toutes les pièces mobiles
doivent être régulièrement lubrifiées.
Il est recommandé d'utiliser les produits
de lubrification Z 260 /. . . ou Z 261 /. . .
Remarques de sécurité
Au moins deux loquets doivent être
positionnés de manière symétrique et
leurs positions de verrouillage doi vent
être parfaitement harmonisées.
