MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the electrical plug from the apparatus before cleaning it.
- Before any cleaning, maintenance or repair, check that the unit is disconnected.
When it is working, you must follow the order: switch off and then disconnect.
- Do not use a chemical solvent (such as benzene, alcoholised spray) to clean the
surface of the unit. Otherwise, the surface can be scratched, damaged, or the whole
casing can even be deformed.
AIR FILTER
Too much obstruction by dust reduces the airflow of the air conditioner. It does not
perform as well as it should. Clean the filter every two weeks.
TO OPEN THE AIR FILTER
Remove the filter from its support to clean it.
CLEANING
Wash the air filter by immersing it gently in lukewarm water at 30°C, with a neutral
detergent. Rinse the filter carefully to wash away the detergent. Dry it thoroughly.
Also wash the openwork plastic support carefully in the same way.
NETTOYER L'EXTERIEUR
Clean the surface of the unit with a damp cloth, and then dry it with a dry cloth.
