3.2 Inbetriebnahme
Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an und
verbinden Sie Ihre Vakuumversorgung,
den Rezipienten und gegebenenfalls die
Prozessgasleitung zum Belüften mit den
dafür vorgesehenen Anschlüssen auf der
Geräterückseite.
Verkabeln
Sie
optional
ausgänge für Pumpe oder Kühlwasser-
ventil (Abschnitt 3.1.2).
4 Bedienung
4.1 Einschalten
Beim DC1S können je nach Typ mehrere
Betriebsarten gewählt werden, um für
unterschiedliche Anwendungsfälle eine
optimale Regelung zu ermöglichen.
Der Netzschalter befindet sich auf der
Gerätevorderseite unten rechts.
Nach Einschalten des DC1S erscheint im
rechten Anzeigefenster "Actual Pressure"
kurz
die
eingestellte
(hPa=mbar oder Torr). Danach werden in
den entsprechenden Anzeigefeldern die
momentan eingestellte Betriebsart, der
momentane Sollwert und der tatsächlich
gemessene Druck angezeigt.
Der Start der Regelung im jeweiligen
Betriebsmode erfolgt mit den Tasten
"AUTO" bzw. "MAN".
3.2 Initial Start-Up
Connect the cable for mains supply and
your vacuum source, process chamber
and –if needed- the pipe for gas inlet to
the corresponding ports on the rear side
of the DC1S.

Operation
4.1 Power On
The DC1S can be operated in different
modes in order to enable optimum con-
trolling for various applications.
The power switch is located at the bottom
right side of the front panel.
After switching on the DC1S the currently
set pressure unit (hPa=mbar or Torr) is

displayed in the right window named
"Actual Pressure". Afterwards the corre-
sponding displays show the current op-
eration mode, the current setpoint and the
actual pressure.
Controlling in the respective operation
mode is started with key "AUTO" resp.
"MAN".
3.2 Première Mise en Service
Raccorder le cordon d'alimentation ré-
seau et attachez votre alimentation des
vides, le récipient et dans le cas échéant
la conduite de gaz de processus pour
ventiler par les connexions prevues si-
tuées à l'arrière de l'appareil.
Cablez, éventuellement, les sorties de
commutation pompe ou eau de refroidis-
sement (section
3.1.2).

Fonctionnement
4.1 Mise sous tension
Le DC1S peut fonctionner selon différents
modes de façon à obtenir un contrôle
optimal pour diverses applications.
L'interrupteur marche/arrêt est situé sur la
façade de l'appareil à droit.
Quand le DC1S est mis sous tension,
l'unité de pression active (hPa=mbar ou
Torr) est affichée dans la fenêtre de
droite, appelée "Actual Pressure". Après
quoi, les fenêtres d'affichage correspon-
dantes indiquent le mode de fonctionne-
ment actif, la valeur de consigne active et
la pression réelle.
Pour démarrer le contrôle dans le mode
de fonctionnement voulu, il suffit de pres-
ser la touche "AUTO" ou "MAN".
