TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Appliance does not function.

OFF/ON
Hold for 3 sec. to activate/deactivate the key lock.
Display and confirmation of information messages.
Actions
Open the fragrance/filter compartment 3+7, remove
the pre-filter 5+9. Remove the VENTAcel filter 6+10
and replace it. Re-assemble the device and touch
the OK indicator in the display again and hold it for 3
seconds until it disappears.
Open the fragrance/filter compartment 3+7, remove the
pre-filter 5+9 and vacuum or rinse it off. Please note: the
pre-filter must be completely dry before it is installed.
Re-assemble the appliance.
Open the service flap on the back of the appliance C1.
Clean the air quality sensor C2 and the openings in the
service flap with a lightly moistened cotton swab and
dry them with a dry cotton swab.
Solution
Connect the power plug.
Connect the power cable coupling to the
appliance.
