1. S E T TI N G U P T H E A PPLI A N C E
Your new electric fireplace may be installed vir tually any where in your home.
However, when choosing a location ensure that the general instructions
are followed.
• For best results, install out of direct sunlight.
• The appliance should be connected to an ear thed electrical outlet and
it must be easily accessible to allow disconnection.
2 . P OW E R S O C K E T
• Connect the mains cable (you can lead the mains cable from the framed
wall opening to an existing socket or install a socket on a nearby wall base
inside the wall).
• Make sure that the socket is in good condition and that the plug is not
loose. N E V E R exceed the maximum current rating for the circuit.
D O N OT connect other appliances to the same circuit.
