Preparing the vacuum cleaner for
operation
1 Pull the end of the suction hose into the opening and
press lightly.
2 Attach the other end of the hose (the handle) to
the suction tube. In order to do this, press the lock A in the
telescopic suction tube and put the tube in the handle, so the
lock A is fastened in hole B.
3 Adjust the length of the telescopic suction tube by sliding
the slider according to the arrow and pull out/pull the tube
together.
4 Assemble the appropriate nozzle or brush to the other
end of the suction tube.
5 You may assemble a basket for picking up small objects
in the combination brush with small item separator. In order
to do so remove the basket cover and insert the basket.
6 Use combination carpet & floor brush for vacuuming both
hard surfaces and carpets. To clean hard surfaces – wooden
floors, plastic floors, ceramic tiles etc. pull out the brush by
pressing the switch on the combination brush according to
the figure . Retract the brush when vacuuming carpets
(set the switch in " ").
7 The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an accessory
compartment. In order to open it pull the compartment cover
(9) up.
8 The accessories may be attached to the accessory
holder in the suction hose handle. This way they will be
available for use at any time.
9 Pull the plug and cord (5) out of the vacuum cleaner.
10 Plug in the appliance.
Before operation make sure that the SAFBAG bag is
installed in the vacuum cleaner chamber and that inlet filter
and the outlet filter is installed in the appliance.
11 Switch on the vacuum cleaner by pressing the "on/off"
button (1).
12 The vacuum cleaner is equipped with electronic power
regulator allowing a stepless regulation of vacuum cleaner
power. The power regulation is performed with a slider.
Moving the slider according to its mark (max or min) will
increase or reduce the suction power.
Filter disassembly
Before changing the filters make sure that the vacuum cleaner
is switched off and unplugged from the mains supply.
INLET FILTER
1 Release the catch of front cover (7) and open it.
2 Remove the inlet filter (14) out of the housing.
3 Replace it with a new one, paying attention that the outer
edge of the filter is placed inside the safety rib.
4 Close the front cover of the vacuum cleaner.
The damaged inlet filter should be replaced with
a new, genuine manufactured product only.

It is advised to replace the inlet filter every

4 replacements of the SAFBAG dust bag,
or even more often, if necessary.
HEPA H11 OUTLET FILTER
The vacuum cleaners are equipped with an outlet filter
HEPA H11.
1 In order to replace the outlet filter, open the accessory
compartment.
2 Press firmy the blocking mechanism of the outlet filter
cover and remove the cover out of the vacuum cleaner.
3 Remove the outlet filter cassette, replace the used
cassette with new one. The HEPA H11 filter assure circa
1 year of effective usage.
4 Place the outlet filter cover back on in such a way that
the three cogs on the lower side of the cover fit into the holes
in the vacuum cleaner housing. Next press the filter cover
until the blocking mechanism closes hut. If you do it right,
you will hear a characteristic "click" sound.

Close the accessory compartment.
SAFBAG dust bag disassembly/assembly
1 The vacuum cleaner is equipped with safety valve located
in chamber of dust container (bag). It opens automatically
in case of total stopping of suction hose or total stopping of
equipment elements connected thereto, as well as in case
of overfill of dust bag. After opening the valve one can hear
characteristic "whirr" sound inside the vacuum cleaner.
2 Switch off the vacuum cleaner by pressing the on/off
button (1).
3 Unplug the appliance.
4 Pull the end of the hose out of the inlet opening of the
vacuum cleaner.
5 Release the front cover fastening (7) and open the cover.
6 Put the vacuum cleaner in a vertical position (it is easier
to open and put it on its back wheels, while its second half
leans over the front part of the dust container).
7 While holding the bag plate, pull it aside towards the
inside of the dust container, and then pull the bag up.
8 Close the SAFBAG bag cap, as to close the full bag.
Throw it out.
9 Place the plate in the new bag before the sliders and
slide it in along with the screen right down to the bottom of
the container. Unfold the bag. The direction is shown by an
arrow placed on the bag.

10 Close the cover until you hear the characteristic clicking
sound – be careful not to catch the bag.
Do not start cleaning without an installed
SAFBAG bag.
It is recommended to replace the dust bag if:
a) the safety valve activates,
b) the vacuum cleaner operates poorly,
c) the dust bag is full.
