4.3.2.3.4 Charging Characteristics during Absorption Stage
• Absorption Stage Levels 1 and 2 (Displayed as "Absorption"/"U0 Phase" in op-
tional Remote Control 900-RC) feed additional 35% to 55% of the capacity that
adds to the total charged capacity of around 115% to take care of around 15%
loss due to charger efficiency
• There will be moderate gassing during this Absorption Stage
• Orange LED marked "Absorption"/"U0 Phase" on the optional Remote Control
Model No.900-RC will be lighted

4.3.3 Stage 3 - Float Stage
4.3.3.1 During this stage, the charger outputs a constant Float Voltage of (i) 13.5V for
SEC-1250UL or, (ii) 27.0V for SEC- 2425UL. This helps in maintaining full capacity of the bat-
tery and also provides replacement charge to overcome self discharge of the battery. The
battery can remain connected in this stage indefinitely without the risk of discharging.
