Getting started
Wearing the strap
• D o not store your Samsung Charm near magnetic fields. Magnetic stripe cards,
including credit cards, phone cards, passbooks, and boarding passes, may be
damaged by magnetic fields.
• D o not bend or twist the strap excessively.
• D o not apply excessive pressure to the Samsung Charm.
• D o not pull on the strap excessively.
Open the buckle and place the strap around your wrist. Fit the strap to your wrist, insert the
pin into an adjustment hole, and then secure the buckle to close it.

Charging the battery

Charge the battery before using the Samsung Charm for the first time or when the Samsung
Charm has been unused for extended periods.
Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can
cause the battery to explode or damage the Samsung Charm.
• I f there are obstructions between the Samsung Charm and the charging dock, the
Samsung Charm may not charge properly. Prevent the Samsung Charm and the
charging dock from coming into contact with sweat, liquids, or dust.
• P revent the charging terminals from coming into contact with conductive
materials as they may corrode the terminals. If this happens, wipe the terminals
with a soft dry cloth.
