TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Shelly's Grills LLC and its products are covered by our direct warranty to you
the consumer. Terms and conditions are outlined below.
Shelly's Grills, LLC and its products are not subject to the terms and

conditions of 3 party extended warranties or service agreements sold via
external retail channels.
Shelly's Grills LLC warrants the product sold under the terms and conditions
as outlined in this warranty language. Void where prohibited by law.
What does the warranty cover?
Š Shelly's Grills LLC warrants to the end-user owner of the Johnsonville
Sizzling Sausage Grill Plus
that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Š Shelly's Grills, LLC liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
For how long after the original purchase?
Š Two years from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"),
with proof of purchase.

Š Shelley's Grill LCC will have no obligations under this warranty with
respect to a declared fault on a product if it determines, in its sole
discretion, that the Product is ineligible for coverage under this warranty.
