Recipes
The hole in the stopper with securing clip can be
used to add drops of liquid to the ingredients in
the jar in order to obtain the required level of
consistency.
Mayonnaise (about 300 ml)
- 2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 30 ml vinegar or lemon juice
- 300 ml oil
All the ingredients have to be at room

temperature.
Put the egg or egg yolks in the blender jar, add

salt, pepper and mustard powder and half of the
vinegar or lemon juice and blend at average
speed. Pour oil through the small hole in the
