Unable to pair with an external device
• Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (Mode
indicator flashes blue quickly).
• Make sure Bluetooth function is enabled on an external device,
correct device was selected, the connection was confirmed by
the external device.
• External device may be out of the operational range. Bring it
closer to the speaker.
• Turn off other Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices nearby or disable
their Bluetooth functionality to avoid interference.
• Turn the speaker off and then on again and try to pair external
device with the speaker.
The speaker indicates that the connection with external device
is established but there is no sound
• Make sure the external device is connected to the speaker and
it is playing music.
• Make sure the speaker is not muted and volume is increased
sufficiently.
• Turn up the volume on the external device.
• External device may be out of the operational range. Bring it
closer to the speaker.
• Turn off other Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices nearby or disable
their Bluetooth functionality to avoid interference.
• Turn the speaker off and then on again and try to pair external
device with the speaker.
