Sand Blasting Gun

General:
The Sand Blasting Gun to be used with compressed air had been manufactured with high
quality standard requirements and it will serve you for a long time if you follow the instructions
in the manual. The Sand Blasting Gun is suitable for normal corundum blasting grit from 46 to
100. It is ideal for removing old paint, rust and heavy impurities.

Technical Data:

Air consumption: 350 l/min
Working pressure: 3,2 bar (45psi) to 9,2 bar (130psi)
Air inlet: 1/4 inch
Safety Notes:
When working with this tool, always wear safety gloves and TÜV-approved safety
glasses with side shields.
Do not exceed the maximum allowable air pressure of the tool.
Only use accessories that are suitable for the use with compressed air – Risk of injury.
Other persons are not allowed to stay in the working area resp. have to keep sufficient
safety distance when the tool is used.
Do not point the tool's air outlet towards yourself or other persons.
Do not work in a potentially explosive area.
Please check the tool for defective elements before you use it.
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply before doing maintenance work
or exchanging accessories.
Always disconnect tools working with compressed air after having finished your work.
Only use original spare parts.
Application:
1. Fill the fabric bag up to 1/3 with grit.
2. Choose the matching rubber top and fix it onto the device.
3. Connect the Sand Blasting Gun to the compressed air system.
4. Activate the metering lever.

Care and Maintenance:

Make sure that the compressed air from the compressor system is free from water.
Never immerse the tool into a liquid.
