Combustion head replacement
The combustion head can be replaced in two ways:
PROCEDURE A (Fig. 1)
 Remove the burner from the boiler, after removing the
flange fixing nut (Fig. 1).
 Hook the burner onto flange 1), remove the blast tube 2)
after loosening the screws 3).
 Loosen the wires 4) from the electrodes, loosen the
screw 3) (Fig. 1), and take the diffuser disc holder
assembly 5) out of the nozzle-holder assembly.
 Replace the diffuser disc-holder assembly with the one
supplied with the kit and place it as indicated in (Fig. 4).
 Once the refitting operations are over, apply next to the
characteristics plate the adhesive label supplied with the
kit.

PROCEDURE B (Fig. 2)
 Loosen the screws 2), unscrew the nut 3), take out the
wires 4) from the control box, the photocell 6) and the
socket 10), then remove the nozzle-holder assembly 1).
 Loosen the wires 4) from the electrodes, loosen the
screw 3) (Fig. 2), and take the diffuser disc holder assembly
11) out of the nozzle-holder assembly 1).
 Replace the diffuser disc-holder assembly with the one
supplied with the kit and place it as indicated in (Fig. 4).
 Once the refitting operations are over, apply next to the
characteristics plate the adhesive label supplied with the
kit.
When refitting the nozzle-holder assembly, tight-
en the nut 3) (Fig. 3).
