Operation
1. Remove the Control Nozzle from the Nozzle
Hanger.
2. Place the outlet of the Control Nozzle into the de-
sired tank.
Do not hold the Fuel Nozzle in the
center of the tank opening while illing.
Always keep the Control Fuel Nozzle
outlet in contact with the tank being
illed. Contact between the Fuel Nozzle and tank being
illed grounds the system.
Failure to maintain contact between tank and nozzle
involves a risk of ire or explosion and may result in
injury.
3. Rotate the Switch Lever to the On (up) position.
4. Engage the Control Nozzle handle to dispense fuel.
Do not rig Fuel Nozzle handle to
stay open.
Do not leave pump unattended while
dispensing fuel.
The Fuel Nozzle is not equipped with an automatic
shut off device when the tank approaches full.
Always watch the tank level closely and disengage
the nozzle so the tank does not overlow. Fuel over-
lows can result in injury such as skin irritations and
burns if it comes in contact with the user.
5. When the tank is full or at the desired level, release
the nozzle handle to close the nozzle valve and stop
dispensing fuel.
Do not operate pump in bypass mode
for more than 30 minutes. Bypass mode
is when the motor is on but the Control
Nozzle is not open and dispensing fuel.
Operating the pump for more than 30 minutes in bypass
mode can cause failure to the motor.
