HOW TO USE

(for external use only)
We recommend that you always adjust the intensity for every
application:
after having properly placed the head on the area to be treated,
start from position 1 and gradually adjust the intensity tolerable
on your body. In this way you avoid surprise reaction using
Body Trainer with a too high intensity.
After you have adjusted the intensity, properly place the head
on the area to be treated and start doing a "back and forth"
movement moving slowly (as you would use an electric shaver).
If you use Body Trainer over light clothes use it with higher
intensity.
Repeat the treatment several times a day with application of at
least 10/15 minutes at a time.
