Generalities
Le MRS 5-1 B équipe en standard les groupes ILZHE / ILZC.
Le paramètre P00 permet de configurer le MRS 5-1 B pour ces
2 types de groupe.
- P00 = 0 : ILZHE
- P00 = 1 : ILZC réversible, sans appoint
Important : dans cette configuration, l'installateur s'engage à
mettre au minimum 30 % de glycol dans son circuit d'eau (ris-
que de gel)
- P00 = 2 : ILZC en chauffage seul (mode froid indisponible
dans cette configuration). Présence d'une sortie pour piloter
une chaudière (voir chapitre 5 Régulation)
Le MRS 5-1 B est équipé d'un microprocesseur qui assure les
fonctions suivantes :
- Régulation de la température d'eau glacée ou eau chaude.
- Contrôle en permanence des paramètres de fonctionnement.
- Diagnostic des défauts.
- Mémorisation et signalisation des défauts en cas de coupure
de courant.
Le MRS 5-1 B peut être piloté par 3 types de commande.
Le paramètre P04 permet de configure le MRS 5-1 B pour ces
3 types de commande :
- P04 = 0 : programmateur ClimBOX 2
- P04 = 1 : entrées tout ou rien (utilisation de contacts secs)
- P04 = 2 : commande à distance MCAD5
Le module MRS 5-1 B est optimisé pour 2 types d'installation.
Le paramètre P07 permet de configurer le MRS 5-1 B pour ces
deux types d'installations :
- P07 = 0 : les ventilo-convecteurs : régulation sur la tempéra-
ture d'eau, possibilité de dérive du point de consigne en fonc-
tion de la température extérieure (en chaud et en froid).
- P07 = 1 : les planchers chauffants - rafraîchissants (PCR) :
régulation sur la température ambiante, dérive de la consigne
de retour d'eau en fonction de la température extérieure (en
chaud).
En PCR, vous devez utiliser le kit PCR.
Ce kit est composé de :
- un boîtier d'ambiance (sonde de tem-
pérature + molette d'ajustement de la
température ambiante de $3 °C)
- un thermostat à réarmement manuel
à 63 °C (chargé de protéger la dalle).

The MRS 5-1 B equips the standard versions of the ILZHE /
ILZC units.
The parameter P00 permits the configuration of the MRS 5-1B
for the following 2 types of units :
- P00 = 0 : ILZHE
- P00 = 1 : ILZC reversible, without auxiliary device
Important : in this configuration, the installer will add a mini-
mum of 30% glycol in the water circuit (risk of freezing).
- P00 = 2 : ILZC in heating alone (cooling mode not available
in this configuration). Presence of an oulet for controlling a
boiler (see Chapter 5 regulation).
The MRS 5-1 B is equipped with a microprocessor ensuring the
following functions :
- Chilled or hot water temperature control.
- Permanent control of the operating parameters.
- Faults diagnosis.
- Faults memorization and display in case of a current cut.
The MRS5-1B can be operated by 3 types of controls.
The parameter P04 permits the configuration of the MRS5-1B
for the following 3 types of control :
P04 = 0 : Climbox 2 programmer
P04 = 1 : All or nothing entries (utilization of dry contacts)
P04 = 2 : MCAD5 remote control
The MRS 5.1 module is optimized for 2 types of installation.
The parameter P07 permits configuration of the MRS 5-1B for
the two types of installations :
P07 = 0 : the fan coil units : regulation on the water temperature,
possibility of the setting point shifting as a function of the outside
temperature (in heating and in cooling).
- P07 = 1 : the heating - cooling floors (PCR) : regulation on the
ambient temperature,shifting of the water return setting as a
function of the outside temperature (in heating).
In PCR, you must use the PCR kit.

This kit includes :
An ambient box (temperature sensor +
adjusting toothed wheel (+/- 3 5 C) for
ambient temperature)
A manual reset thermostat at 63 5 C (for
the slab protection)
