Using the wrist sleeve
Attaching the wrist sleeve
1.
Wrap the wrist sleeve round the wrist 1–2 cm
over the hand as shown in the diagram on the
right.
2.
Fasten the sleeve firmly with the Velcro strip.
For best results, place the sleeve directly
against the skin and frimly tighten.
Measuring
Follow the instructions below to obtain the most accurate results.
1.
Sit comfortably at a table. Rest your wrist on
the table.
2.
Relax for 5 to 10 minuters before measuring.
3.
Lift your arm so that the wrist sleeve is level
with your heart.
4.
Sit still and quietly until the measurement is
completed.
5.
Do not take measurements immediately after
exercising or a bath.
6.
Measure your blood pressure at about the
same time each day.
Blood pressure measuring
1.
Put on the wrist sleeve as explained above.
2.
Press the power switch. All the icons are
shown on the display for 2 seconds, after
which 0 or the last measurement result is
shown.
