The final part of a tumble-drying cycle produces no heat (cool-
ing cycle) in order to ensure that the items are subjected to a
temperature guaranteeing that they will not be damaged.

Remove all objects such as lighters and matches from pockets.
•
WARNING: Never stop a tumble dryer before the end of the
drying cycle, unless all the items are removed quickly and
spread, so that the heat can dissipate.

Vented air must not be evacuated into an outlet used for
fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels.

The appliance should not be installed behind a lockable door,
sliding door or a door with a hinge on the side opposite that
of the dryer, thereby preventing the complete opening of the
tumble dryer.

The surfaces are likely to become hot.

The connection assemblies supplied with the appliance must
be used. Old connection assemblies should not be used.

WARNING: The appliance must not be powered through an
external switch, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that
is regularly switched on and off by the electricity supplier.

The power socket must remain easily accessible.

The appliance must be installed on the ground, on a flat,
horizontal surface making sure the vents are not obstructed.

Never attempt to replace or repair any appliance part or com-
ponent yourself. Request help from a professional, qualified
person if needed.
Handling

Always handle the appliance with care in order to avoid
damaging it.
Disposal of the appliance:
•
To prevent damage to the environment or human health
caused by the uncontrolled disposal of electrical waste,
please recycle the appliance responsibly to encourage the
reuse of material resources. The appliance must be disposed
of in a secure way at public disposal sites provided for this
purpose.
