9. Troubleshooting

If your soundbase fails to function as required, please try
this checklist first. Perhaps there is only a minor problem,
and you can solve it yourself.

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself under
any circumstances.

• Has the device been connected to
the power supply? Is the LED|1 lit
up?
• In the case of a connection to the
HDMI ARC socket|10, the HDMI ca-
ble as well as the connected device

ARC-enabled. If your television set is
