12. Fault analysis and fault correction

checked at our factory.
Should there be any faults, these faults can be detected and rectified easily and quickly on the basis of the instructions
in the table.

Possible cause
Voltage too high
Electric data of the drive motor do not
match mains data
Viscosity of the medium is too high
Temperature is too low
Winding inside the drive motor is defect
Wrong mixing element (too big)
Motor terminal box is incorrectly wired
Incorrect rotation direction of the drive
motor
Mounted position of the electric agitator is
in the centre of the tank
Transport damage
Operation with a frequency inverter
Storage damage
Subject to technical modifications!
Fault correction
Check connection voltage
Check order data. Check electric installation.
Adjust motor to existing mains conditions
Check viscosity of the medium and compare it with the design
data and, if applicable, reduce the viscosity or use an electric
agitator with a more powerful drive motor
Check flowability of the medium.
Send the electric agitator for repair
Check order data. Mount the agitator element which is suitable
for the electric agitator
Check the circuit inside the terminal box
Check the circuit inside the terminal box
Install a baffle inside the tank or mount the electric agitator
eccentrically
Send the electric agitator for repair
Avoid critical motor speeds
