7.1 Assembly

Install the electric agitator vertically into the tank.
The electric agitator may only be mounted in
an empty tank.
Insert the oblique blade agitator through
■
the tank opening and pull it onto the agitator shaft.
Fasten the oblique blade agitator onto the agitator shaft
■
with the threaded pins.
Agitator shaft
2 persons are required for mounting the agitator shaft in the drive.
Pull the agitator shaft through the bore.
■
The drive is held by one person, the second person inserts
■
the agitator shaft through the drive and locks it with
a locking ring.
Put the drive at the defined position on the threaded bolt
■
and fasten.
Observe the required tighening torques:
Then screw down the protective cover of the drive.
