TOOL MAINTENANCE During maintenance the tool must be disconnected from the source of compressed air !!! 1. DAILY MAINTENANCE Daily, before starting work, apply several drops of lubricating oil (we recommend hydraulic oil grade HLP ISO VG 32) into the air inlet of the tool, on condition there is no lubricating device connected in the air distribution. -

STORAGE The pneumatic-hydraulic tool embedded in a shipping container must be stored in environment with relative humidity to 70% and temperature ranging from +5°C to +40°C, without aggressive evaporation of salts, acids and caustics. OPERATIONS AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS 1. OPERATION CONDITIONS For reliable function of the tool we recommend to use treated compressed air. -

MAINTENANCE Débrancher la sertisseuse de la source d‘air comprimé pendant l’entretien. 1. ENTRETIEN JOURNALIER Mettre chaque jour avant de commencer le travail, quelques gouttes d‘huile lubrifiante (nous recommandons l‘huile hydraulique HLP ISO VG 32) dans l‘admission d‘air de la sertisseuse (seulement s‘il n‘y a pas de dispositif de lubrification sur l‘arrivée d‘air). -

MANUTENZIONE DELL’UTENSILE Per la manutenzione dell’utensile è necessario disconnetterlo dalla fonte di aria compressa!! 1. MANUTENZIONE GIORNALIERA Aggiungere qualche goccia di olio lubrificante ogni giorno prima di iniziare il lavoro (consigliamo l’olio idraulico HLP ISO VG 32) nella presa d’aria dell’utensile (solo se non è presente alcun dispositivo di lubrificazione sull’ingresso aria). -

STOCCAGGIO Conservare l’insertatrice oleopneumatica nella sua confezione originale in un luogo con umidità ambiente non superiore al 70% e una temperatura compresa tra +5°C et +40°C. Non esporre l’insertatrice ad ambienti salini o aggressivi e tenerla lontano da prodotti corrosivi. FUNZIONAMENTO E CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA Si consiglia l’utilizzo di aria compressa trattata per garantire un funzionamento affidabile dello strumento. -
