9 Warranty

The warranty for this sealer is 2 years from commissioning date... Damages that result from bad transport,
improper handling or use or other faults of the user, are excluded... Also excluded are wearing parts... The war-
ranty will be lost, if the sealer is not yearly serviced as by BA International or an authorized service partner...
The warranty is limited to repair and exchange of defective parts... BA International will assume ownership of
exchanged parts... All other claims are excluded...

Please check the following items before contacting the service...
No display:
Is sealer connected with the current? Is the sealer switched on? Has the sealer been switched off and on
again?
Motor doesn't start:
Is the sealer connected with the current? Is the sealer switched on? Is the motor switched on?
Seam is too strong/weak:
Is the material sealable acc... EN 868 ? Is the temperature for the material adjusted acc... validation? Is the ma-
terial fed in correctly?
Material is melted /burned:
Is the material sealable acc... EN 868 ? Is the temperature for the material adjusted acc... validation?
