IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please read all the instructions before using this fan.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety. Children should be super-
vised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
3. Only connect the appliance to a single phase a.c. supply
of the voltage specified on the rating plate.
4. R emove the plug from the electricity supply before
installing, cleaning, and when the fan is not in use.
5. Only use this fan as described in this manual. Other
unrecommended use may cause fire, electric shock
or injury.
6. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Do not operate the fan without the protective front
and rear grilles in position.
9. This product is intended for household use ONLY and not
for commercial, industrial, or outside use.
10.Do not use this appliance if it is damaged or
appears faulty.

OPERATION
1. Place your fan on a level and dry surface.
2. Plug the fan into the electricity supply.
3. Turn the control knob to the desired fan speed:
(HIGH III), (MEDIUM II), (LOW I).
4. Adjust the fan to the desired angle (Fig 1).
5. To move the fan, turn the fan OFF and pick it up by the
concealed handle, located at the rear of the fan above
the control knob (Fig 2).

WALL MOUNTING

1. L ocate and mark the position on the wall where the fan
will be mounted. Do not hang or mount fan on ceiling
2. I nsert two M5 screws into the raw plug. The screws are
not included.
3. L eave approximately 10 mm (3/8") of the screws
exposed. Line up the openings on the base of the
fan with the screws and hang the fan on the wall.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. Unplug the fan from the electricity supply.
2. Only use a soft cloth to gently wipe the fan
clean.
3. DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never
allow water to drip into the motor housing.
4. DO NOT use petrol, paint thinner or other chemicals to
clean the fan.
5. For storage, clean the fan carefully as instructed and
store your fan in a cool dry place.

DISPOSAL
Please do not dispose of this product in the
household waste at the end of its useful life.
Disposal can take place at your local retailer or
at appropriate collection points provided.This
regulation is valid only in EU member states.
CONDITION OF PURCHASE
As condition of purchase the purchaser assumes respon-
sibility for the correct use and care of this Kaz product
according to these user instructions. The purchaser or
user must himself or herself decide when and for how
long this Kaz product is in use.
WARNING: IF PROBLEMS ARISE WITH THIS KAZ
PRODUCT, PLEASE OBSERVE THE INSTRUCTIONS
IN THE WARANTEE CONDITIONS. DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO OPEN OR REPAIR THE KAZ PRODUCT YOURSELF,
AS THIS COULD LEAD TO TERMINATION OF THE
WARANTEE AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO PERSONS AND
PROPERTY.
