Camera Options Menu

When the camcorder is in Camera mode, press
to access the camera options menu.

Press or to browse the menu items.

Press or to select an item and ad-
vance to the next screen.

Press to return to the previous menu
screen.

Press to exit the menu.

Resolution Set the photo resolution.
Note: The [5M] setting uses software
interpolation to achieve a resolution
of 2592 x 1944.

Quality
• Super-fine: Low compression results
in a large file size.
• Fine: Medium compression results in
a medium file size.
• Normal: High compression results in a
small file size
Set the metering mode. Affects the
Metering
exposure of the image.
• Center: Measures from the center of
the screen.
• Multi: Measures across multiple
zones.
• Spot: Measures from a small spot at
the center of the screen.
White Balance Set the white balance. Affects the color
of the image.
