Place the food to be grilled on the grill plate.
Place the cheese (preferably raclette cheese) cut into
3 to 5 mm pieces in each pan. Insert the pans in their
respective places under the heating element, making
sure that the ingredients do not touch the heating
elements.
From time to time, remove oil and food residues from
the grill plate and pans so they don't burn.
When you have finished, turn the thermostat knob R
to MIN and unplug the appliance.
Let the appliance cool down completely before
cleaning it.
Note: During use, the indicator light R will alternate
between the on and off positions; this indicates that
the thermostat is regulating the temperature
automatically. Never use steel objects, knives or
forks on the grill plate and pans as this may scratch
and damage the non-stick coating.

Fondue cooking mode

Place the grill plate on the appliance.
Pour your preparation (oil, fat or broth) into the
fondue pot.
Insert the fondue pot in the centre of the grill plate.
Place the splash guard in the pot.
Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to a wall
outlet.
Turn the thermostat knob F to the MAX position; the
indicator F lights up red.
Let the appliance preheat for about 25 minutes
before putting in the food.
Follow the colour code to find the right fondue fork
for gently skewering food for cooking or dipping
when the right temperature has been reached. You
can keep your fork in place until the food is cooked
by using the anti-splash ring which is provided with
fixing notches.
When you have finished, turn the thermostat knob F
to MIN and unplug the appliance.
Let the appliance cool down completely before
cleaning it.
Note: When filling the pot, please respect the
minimum level "MIN" indicated by a small line and
the maximum level "MAX" indicated by a large line on
the pot.
Burgundy fondue with oil:
• Pour 0.7 L of oil into the fondue pot.
• Place the anti-splash fork ring on top of the fondue
pot, and turn the thermostat button F to MAX.
• Dice

• The light will switch off to indicate the fondue has
reached the desired temperature. Use the fondue
forks to gently skewer the meat for cooking in the
pot.
If the meat is fried, it indicates that the oil has
reached the right temperature. You can keep your
fork in place until the food is cooked by using the
anti-splash ring that is provided with fixing notches.
• Depending on the amount of meat placed in the pot,
the oil may start to boil. If this happens, reduce the
temperature to the minimum using the thermostat
button. Do not cross forks in the fondue pan and do
not let a fork drip onto or above the pan before
putting it on your plate. You can accompany your
fondue with different sauces prepared in advance.
Cheese fondue for 4 people:
• Put 600 g of grated cheese (300 g of Comté and
300 g of Emmental) inside the fondue pot. Add 6 cl
of dry white wine.
• Place the fondue pot with its splash guard on the
appliance, and turn the thermostat button F to MAX.
• Stir the cheese with a wooden spatula until it
softens and melts, then lower the thermostat.
• Cut

recommended quantity per person is 300 g of
bread.
• The light will switch off to indicate that the fondue
has reached the desired temperature. Use the
fondue forks to gently dip bread in the cheese. Be
careful to avoid hot liquid splashing.
Fondue & raclette combined cooking mode
You can combine the raclette grill and the fondue
mode.
Place the grill plate on the appliance.
Pour your preparation (oil, fat or broth) into the
fondue pot.
Insert the fondue pot in the centre of the grill plate.
Place the splash guard in the pot.
Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to a wall
outlet.
Turn the two thermostat knobs F and R to the MAX
position; the R and F indicators light up red.
Wait until the preheating is finished and cook the
food as indicated for the specific cooking mode.
When you have finished, turn the thermostat knobs F
and R to MIN and unplug the appliance.
Let the appliance cool down completely before
cleaning it.
