cooking modes:

6. Place the grill plate, the fondue pot and the pans
on the appliance. Pour 400 ml of water into the
fondue pot.
7. Turn the two thermostat knobs to maximum, the
electric indicator lights will turn on to indicate that
the appliance is on. Let the appliance run for 20
minutes.
8. Ventilate the room during this procedure.
9. When you have finished, switch off and unplug the
appliance. Clean the accessories.
NOTE: It is normal to notice a strange smell coming
from the unit when it is first used. This will stop after
a short while. Do not forget to ventilate the room
during this procedure.
The temperature of accessible surfaces
may be high when the appliance is in
use. Never touch the grill plate during
use, you may get burned. Only hold the
pans by their handles.
Never place frozen food on the cooking
plate as this may cause thermal shock
and damage the stone plate or the grill
plates.
In order to preserve the non-stick
coating of the plates and pans, we
recommend using appropriate utensils
(wood or heat-resistant plastic). The
use of metal utensils (forks, knives,
etc.) should be avoided.
Do not cut food directly inside the mini
pans, the grill plates or the stone plate.
Respect the MAX filling capacity of the
fondue pot: 0.7 L.

Raclette grill cooking mode

Place the grill plate on the appliance.
Unwind the power cord and connect the plug to a wall
outlet.
Turn the thermostat knob R to MAX; the indicator
light R lights up red.
Let the appliance preheat for approximately 15
minutes: the indicator light R switches off to indicate
the end of the preheating cycle.
Lightly grease the grill plate. To do this, use a small
culinary brush or a piece of kitchen paper slightly
dampened with oil. Do not neglect this greasing step
because it is very important for preventing
vegetables or fish from sticking to the grill plate.
